Frequently Asked Questions

Please see the frequently asked questions at the Number Partner below. If you require further assistance, please call our customer services on 0330 700 0123.

Number Partner can offer you an 01 or 02 number so your business can have its very own valuable ‘local’, or Virtual UK, number for major cities in the country, from London to Glasgow.

This is one of our most frequently asked questions as we provide numbers to companies across the nation who desire to advertise in an area where they do not have an office.

The virtual geographic numbers will simply get forwarded to your existing business landline or mobile number - and give you that local look providing your business with an edge over your competitors.
These numbers are the answer for any business that wants to engage with their customers where they live and not appear remote.

Here at Number Partner we have frequently been asked if it is possible to provide our businesses with a local touch while still keeping all the advantages of a national 08-style business number? These numbers provide the answer for your business.

Another major advantage is that your customers can call at a rate they would normally be charged for phoning a regular landline number. What’s more they are free to call with any inclusive minutes bundles from landlines and mobiles.

It is now common for 03 numbers to be used by major organisations and government agencies as an alternative to free 0800 numbers because they are treated as standard, geographic numbers.

The fact that 03 numbers also disguise the geographic location of your business or office means your customers need not know if you are based out of a small town or village.

Independent studies carried out by UK universities have revealed that 80 per cent of people are more likely to call an 03 number to enquire about purchasing a product or service.
An 0800 number is both free for your customers and a simple way to give your business a more professional, established image.

It has long been known by customers that the 0800 are free to call from landlines but, from July 1, 2015, 0800 freephone numbers are free to call from mobiles too.

0800 business numbers have been long-established and used by major companies for many years. Number Partner can provide these numbers to you and can give your business a professional feel as well as increasing the volume of calls to your office since your customers do not get charged for calling your business.
Number Partner offers you the chance to get money back from the calls you receive from your customers, a share of the revenue.

Put simply; the more 0843 or 0844 calls you receive the more money we will pay you from the revenue generated.

You can use a 0843 or 0844 numbers to generate additional income for your business or you can actually charge customers for services you provide over the phone such as technical support or IT support.

It is a great offer which can help your business while still enabling you to provide a fantastic business phone service for your customers.
